What are the business operating hours for The Pretty Damned?

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. We aim to respond to all business and customer enquiries within 24 hours. Please note we operate reduced hours weekends & bank holidays so will respond to any queries as soon as we re-open. 

Why does my order take 12 - 14 days to make?

There are two core reasons. Firstly, we operate a made to order business model to ensure we are doing our best to drive sustainability within the industry, ensuring there is minimal wastage and a reduced carbon footprint at our factories. Secondly, all of our pieces are carefully hand made to the highest standard and quality. This is a process that we simply cannot rush. 

We kindly request that you allow us 1 working day to process your order before we begin our manufacturing process. Please note this does not include weekends or bank holidays. 

Do you create Custom/Bespoke items?

Yes, we do. We pride ourselves on making hand painted bespoke items for our customers which they absolutely love! For bespoke items, please email us at and our team will be in touch to discuss creating your bespoke piece. Please allow us a 6 week timeframe in order to process, manufacture and paint your jacket. Please note bespoke items are non-refundable in line with our Terms and Conditions.

Yes, we do have some readily available items in stock! To find out if your item is available please email us at with your preferred style and size and one of our team members will check product availability for you. 

How do I look after and clean my Leather Jacket? 

Our leather Jackets are made from 100% Real Lambskin Leather. This high quality soft leather is very delicate and requires great care. Natural markings may appear on the jacket from the placement of buttons (underneath the collar) due to the style and material of the soft Leather jacket which unfortunately is unavoidable. Please see our general guidelines on how to care for your Leather product to ensure its longevity:

  • Keep your leather jacket away from intense or direct heat.
  • Never put stickers on your jacket.
  • Try to keep your jacket as dry as possible; avoid wearing it in the rain.
  • Frequently apply protection spray. 
  • Hang your jacket in a dry and cool place with a padded hanger to avoid wrinkling the material. 
  • Remove light stains with Leather wipes and/or cleaning foam. 

When will I receive my order?

If your item is readily available in stock, we aim to dispatch and deliver your order within 24 hours via DHL (UK orders only) if the order was placed before 1pm. You will receive a dispatch notification with your tracking number where you can view your delivery information. Please note that in some cases, next day delivery may not be possible. 

If your desired product is not in stock, your Made To Order product will be received after we have finished the manufacturing process, within 12-14 working days approximately. Our delivery partner for UK orders is DHL and you will receive a dispatch notification with your tracking number where you can view your delivery information. 

Please note we do not ship items on weekends or bank holidays as our offices are closed during this period. If your item is being shipped out on a Friday or over a Bank Holiday via next day delivery, this will be delivered on the next working day as our delivery service does not operate on weekends and/or UK public holidays.

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes, we do ship worldwide. We offer a reliable and secure international delivery service to our customers across the globe. International shipping costs do vary for different countries. Please email us at if your destination does not show at the checkout.  

Please note we cannot offer Next Day Delivery for international orders. 

Does my order include taxes?

All of our prices are inclusive of VAT.

For International orders, prices do not include customs duties and/or import duties. Please note that The Pretty Damned are not responsible for possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. If a customer fails to comply with customs duties and taxes, and consequently the parcel is returned to The Pretty Damned you will be liable for the additional fees charged for return and re-delivery.

For further information on what duties and taxes are payable upon delivery, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly before placing an order. 

Can I return and/or exchange an item? 

All Sale/Sample Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

For regular priced items, we do accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging (unworn, unused, tags attached and in original packaging). Please visit our Terms and Conditions for further information on our Returns policy.

For International returns, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any import/customs duties before the item is returned to The Pretty Damned.

Do you provide Returns labels? 

Unfortunately we are not yet able to provide free returns labels. Returns postage is paid for by the customer and we do ask that the customer returns their item via recorded delivery and retains proof of postage with the tracking number. 

For returns, please email us at no later than 14 days from the date you have received your item for a returns authorisation request. Once we have received this, we will respond with return instructions.
