Once your item has been processed and manufactured it will be dispatched within 24 hours (subject to availability) with DHL for £6 (excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays). The delivery time from placing your order will be 2 weeks for non bespoke pieces and 6 weeks for bespoke. You will be sent an email once your order has been dispatched.
Our products are available worldwide and are dispatched with Royal Mail, however please allow for these delivery times to take slightly longer. Pricing will depend on your country destination. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if your country destination does not show at the checkout.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unworn and in its original packaging. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully as bespoke painted jackets are non-refundable as these are hand painted pieces.
Please send us an email to email@example.com and we will send you a returns form displaying the simple steps to follow in order to receiving your full refund or exchange. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage fees, but we will send any exchanged items free of charge.
